Hyperloop will be built. Whether it will dominate future high speed transportation will depend on what the first real systems tell us about affordability and technological soundness of the concept. Perhaps the first real commercial venture that is built will be that by Virgin Hyperloop – Branson is involved after-all and the project is slated for Dubai.
