Australia’s Oldest Man Knits Tiny Sweaters For Injured Penguins

Penguins are some of the most adorable creatures alive. They seem even lovelier with more than just their meatsuits on. Australia’s Alfred Date may be 109 years of age but he is passionate about knitting mini sweaters for endangered penguins since 1930s. Talk about being in a long term relationship.

Alfred was never going to let anyhting or anyone stop him from taking part. These sweaters not only seem cute but play a key role in saving penguins from oil pollution hazards.
