Located in Greenwich, CT, Copper Beech Farm is listed at a $50 million price drop, but is still the highest price on the market. That $140 million will buy 13,519 sq ft home with 12 bedrooms and 9 baths and a 50-acre estate that also includes 4,000 ft of waterfront.
2. Pierre Hotel Penthouse
Price: $125 million
What Connecticut offers in peace and serenity, New York offers excitement and convenience. The penthouse takes up the entire 41st, 42nd, and 43rd floors for this 16-bedroom home. However, the Pierre Hotel doesn’t accept financing so the entire amount will be due up front.
3. Charles Gwathmey Condo
Price: $115 million
Charles Gwathmey described the condo as “the most sophisticated, stunning, and elegant apartment in New York City,” when he began its construction. Whether true or not has yet to be determined, but the duplex’s 9,000 sq feet of living space is sleek and modern and has 4 bedrooms and 5.5 baths.
