Infinity Blade II had to be the best game of 2011. It is developed by “Chair Entertainment Group, LLC”, and is the successor to the original Infinity Blade, which had great success due to its absolutely brilliant graphics. It is an adventure game in which you have to defeat different deathly tyrants and their legion of Titans.

2. Tiny Wings [$0.99]
This one is a cute little game developed by Andreas Illiger, which simply rocked the App Store since its launch and has been claimed the iPhone game of the year. In this game, you have to fly a little bird with minuscule wings by taking support from the hills.

3. Grand Theft Auto 3 [$2.99]
Rockstar(at its 10th anniversary) made a huge bang in the gaming industry by releasing GTA 3 for iOS. Just think, a whole world inside your iPhone/iPad. The whole world of crime, free roaming, missions and money: in short Grand Theft Auto, in your smartphone. 4. Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation [$6.99]
So lets get back to the action and graphics part now with the Modern Combat 3 by Gameloft. Gameloft is a pretty popular and successful mobile-games-maker, and Modern Combat 3 is no exception to that. It may rival the MW3(Modern Warfare 3), if it is ever released for iOS. Anyway, its the best first person shooter game out there for iOS with high quality graphics and a good story to keep up with.

5. Batman Arkham City Lockdown [$5.99]
Now this one is also not a nonentity, as it’s console version got pretty much popularity. And we must say, this mobile version won’t disappoint you either. As it has got most of the console features packed in it, and a few batman skins to change into too. The story is pretty similar too with the joker, two-face and some other bosses which you have to fight. One thing it has that the console version doesn’t is the Deathstroke.

Real Racing had been considered a number one racing game, only after the Need For Speed series, but Real Racing 2 has even beaten Need For Speed with pretty high quality graphics and extraordinarily great gameplay. Car racing fan or not, this one is the one that really deserves a try from everyone. And for $0.99, it is really not that costly.

8. Tiny Tower [Free]
This one has been a success in the App Store as well as in the Android Market, where it was introduced after it’s great demand in the App Store. In this, you have to build your own tower, manage the businesses and citizens that inhabit it! There is not much to add to explain this, simplyjust build and manage your tower. And its free, so do give this a try.

9. Machinarium (iPad 2 Only) [$4.99]
Sorry that this an iPad 2-only but it we can’t do any thing about it, so you can only get this one if you own an iPad 2. Even a first generation iPad is not supported. It is an adventurous little game in which you have to continue with your little machine along a path solving puzzles along the way.

10. Superbrothers: Sword And Sworcery [$2.99]
The main thing about this app is its art and music, making it an overall beautiful experience. You have to play it to feel what it is like.
