The 38th edition of the Top 500 list of the world’s most powerful supercomputers has just been released. There are no changes in Top 10 rankings compared to the previous list, however the performance of some machines have increased.
Japanese build K computer is now almost 4 times faster than its nearest competitor with a performance of 10.51 Petaflop/s. It is also the first ever machine to cross 10 petaflop performance level.
Chine supercomputer Tianhe-1A still occupies the second spot with 2.57 Petaflop/s performance. Find out more in the Top 10 list below.
