Steve Jobs Biography Reveals 'Apple Wants To Destroy Android'

People are starting to gain interest in the upcoming biography of Steve Jobs that has been compiled by Walter Isacsson. The increased interest in the upcoming book might also be because of the sudden demise of Steve Jobs.

The release looks more like an iPhone launch when we hear that passages from the book are being leaked before its official release. Yes you read that right, LEAKED!!

According to the leaked passages from Jobs’ biography, He has described Jony Ive (the head of product design at Apple) as his spiritual partner. Jobs also purportedly says that Ive is the second most hardworking man of the company.

Design has always been the main selling point of Apple devices be it iPod or Macbook, so if Apple wants to maintain their position in the limelight after the death of Steve Jobs they might give Jony Ive all that he wants.

Moving onto the most interesting and the most threatening parts of the leaked content. Steve Jobs considered Google Android devices ‘a stolen product‘ ever since the launch of the first ever HTC device bearing the Android OS. He expresses his anger in these words,

I will spend my last dying breath if I need to, and I will spend every penny of Apple’s $40 billion in the bank, to right this wrong.

He threatens Android and its parents by saying,

I’m going to destroy Android, because it’s a stolen product. I’m willing to go thermonuclear war on this.

In case you don’t know, Jobs’ was the only person who didn’t accept Erik Schmidt’s offer for taking back the lawsuit that Apple had filed against Android when the two giants met at a café in Palo Alto in Caifornia. Regarding this, there’s another leaked passage that says,

I don’t want your money. If you offer me $5 billion, I won’t want it. I’ve got plenty of money. I want you to stop using our ideas in Android, that’s all I want.

Well enough with the passages, now let’s wait for the book to arrive. Till then… you can pre-order the book from Amazon.
