Motorola has just unveiled Droid Razr, which the company claims is the world’s thinnest 4G smartphone with just 7.1mm thickness.

Droid Razr’s features include a 1.2 GHz processor, 1 GB of RAM, an 8 megapixel rear camera capable of 1080p HD video recording and 4.3-inch super AMOLED advanced QHD display. The smartphone has a 16GB internal memory with 16GB additional storage via microSD card and runs on Android Gingerbread operating system.

Droid Razr will be available in early November for $299.99 on a two-year Verizon contract.
