The moment has finally arrived! The much awaited Motorola Droid Bionic is out and available on Verizon stores. The launch was expected in Q2, but delayed due to unknown reasons.

Droid Bionic’s features include a 4.3-inch 960×540 pixel display screen, 1 GB of RAM, 1GHz dual core processor and 16GB internal memory which can be extended upto 32GB. There’s also a 2-megapixel VGA front-facing camera for video chatting, an 8 megapixel camera at the back, 1,700mAh battery, Bluetooth 2.1 and 802.11b/g/n WiFi.
The smartphone runs on Android Gingerbread (2.3.4) operating system.

Droid Bionic is available for $300 on contract and $589.99 without it.
