The on-going patent war between Apple and Samsung Electronics continues as Japanese news agency Kyodo reports that Apple has sued Samsung in Japan over the alleged iPhone patent violation — the first hearing was held on Wednesday.
A suit has been filed in the Tokyo District Court seeking suspension of sales of Samsung smartphones (presumably, the Galaxy S family) in Japan and $1.3 million(100 million yen) as compensation for damages.
