The Guinness Book of World Records 2011 Gamer’s Edition has been recently released with full of prominent achievements from high-scores to high-speed play-throughs of popular games to every other possible records from the world of video games.

Game: Sid Meier’s Civilization V
21st September 2010 was declared as Sid Meier’s Day by the Governer of Maryland Martin O’Malley to honor the game’s release and celebrate the strength of the game-development industry in his state.
9.First Public Official Fired for Playing FarmVille
Gamer: Dimitar Kerin
Dimitar was part of the Bulgarian Municipal Committee. He lost his job by “using council-owned laptops to ‘milk virtual cows’ during important meetings,” according to Guinness. The committee decided to fire him. 😀
