Over a year ago Facebook acquired a land of around 57 acres to transform it into its new headquarters in Silicon Valley on the outskirts of Menlo Park. The company then started the painstakingly slow process of turning the old campus into a cool and awe-inspiring headquarters.
The process only finished last week when all of the staff was finally moved from their Palo Alto headquarters to this new site and boy does the new headquarters look good. We have got some behind the scenes pictures of the newly furnished headquarters where employees were given freedom to decorate the walls with Graffiti as they liked. These pictures of a uniquely decorated working environment would definitely give you an insight to the Facebook psyche and its internal environment that represents freedom of thought and employee ownership of their working space.
I must say, its one of the most beautiful and interactive working environments in the world and one would surely love to work their. Take a look at the pictures below and let us know if you would want to work their or not?
