Google recently released Google+ iOS app which was compatible only with the iPhone, but now the app has been updated to support iPad and iPod touch as well. 
In addition to iPad and iPod touch support, the new version also includes some tiny new features such as instant messaging feature, ability to customize +Huddle, aggregated circle add notifications and some performance and stability improvements. So even if you are an iPhone user, download this update as soon as you can.
