Teens & Their Texting Habits [INFOGRAPHIC]

Texting has become the preferred channel of communication for teens and according to a recent survey, more than 75% of 13-19 year-olds own cellphones, while 88% of them use text messaging to communicate with their friends. According to another survey, an average teenager sends 3,000+ texts per month — that’s more than six texts per waking hour.

Folks at Lab 42 analysed about 500 American teens and have come up with an infographic which reveals some facts and figures based on teens’ texting habits. Take a Look!
